Fair questions
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Customers keep calling the number you already have. Only calls you don't pick up get forwarded, and the text goes out from a local number I set up for you. Save it in your phone so you recognize it.
What if the caller is on a landline?
Each caller's line is checked first. If it's a landline that can't get texts, no text is sent.
Is texting people allowed?
It only texts people who just called you, and only about that call. The number is registered with the phone carriers before it goes live, which is required for business texting.
Does it work with my office phone or landline?
Usually, yes. Most business lines can forward unanswered calls. Cell phones use a short dial code, and internet phone services have a setting for it. We check yours together before anything is turned on.
Can I cancel?
Any time. It's month to month. Turn off call forwarding and everything goes back to how it was.
Will you call me to sell me on this?
No. I don't do sales calls. Text or email whenever it suits you and I'll write back.
